In the past few years, we have supported Hindalco-Novelis as a consultant during the planning and installation of aluminum rolling mills.

In the process, we have provided consulting support for the following:

• Preparation of contracts
• Scheduling
• Meetings with suppliers and installation companies
• Technical questions
• Installation & approval of the reference-axis
• Alignments of the rolling mill equipment
• Supervision of manufacturing and modifications
• Set-up of mill stands with mobile crane and lifting portal scaffolding

Currently, we are managing the installation (including e-installation & electrics construction supervision) of an aluminum plate mill at Aleris Dingsheng in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu / China.
