Liability for references and links
With regard to direct or indirect references to third-party Internet pages ("hyperlinks"), which lie outside the author's area of responsibility, a liability obligation would apply only in the event the author has knowledge of the content and it were technically possible and the author could reasonably be expected to prevent use if the content is unlawful.
